Not that bad of a start, haven't seen an animation with this concept in awhile!

Not too bad, pen movement seemed a bit exagerated and his hand at the beggining looked a bit strange (though that may have just been camera angle)

It was pretty good and the timing seemed just right, you need to work on the breat animation tough some parts were a bit over the top.

I liked it though the dialog needs a bit of work (i.e."I knew this would exactly happen!"), the voice diddn't quite seem to fit it either though that may have just been me.
Other than that I love the joke as I've had male cats that haven't been fixed, they don't want to come in for attention they want to spray all over EVERYTHING!
